We're getting married in Los Angeles and love your style! How do we start the process of booking Black Orchid Flowers as our wedding florist in Beverly Hills?

We'd be absolutely delighted to be part of your special day! To begin, we recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation with our wedding florist Beverly Hills team. You can easily request one through our website's contact form or by calling us directly. During this consultation, we'll discuss your vision, theme, color palette, and any specific floral ideas you have to ensure we create the perfect floral experience for your wedding.

Can we customize our wedding floral arrangements, or do we have to choose from set packages?

Absolutely! While we offer inspiring floral packages to give you a starting point, we specialize in creating bespoke arrangements tailored to your unique style and budget. During your consultation, we'll work closely with you to design custom bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony decor, and more, ensuring every detail reflects your personal love story.

What is the typical lead time needed to secure a wedding florist like Black Orchid Flowers for our date, especially in the Los Angeles area?

To ensure we can dedicate our full attention to your wedding and secure your preferred date, we recommend booking your wedding florist at least 6-12 months in advance, especially during peak seasons. Popular dates and our services as a leading wedding florist in Beverly Hills book up quickly, so reaching out early is always best.

What happens after our initial wedding floral consultation? What are the next steps to confirm our booking?

Following your consultation, we'll prepare a detailed proposal outlining your custom floral design plan, including specific arrangements, flower selections, and a breakdown of costs. Once you review and approve the proposal, we'll send over a contract. A signed contract and a deposit will officially secure your wedding date and our services, allowing us to start bringing your floral dreams to life.
